Cold Revenge was born from a simple conviction: that the people who harm others should face consequences — and that those who have been wronged deserve real tools to reclaim their power. We are practitioners, not performers. Everything we sell, we use.
How Cold Revenge began
Cold Revenge started in 2018 in New Orleans, where two practitioners — one trained in traditional Hoodoo, one in West African Vodou — found themselves fielding the same question from friends, clients, and strangers: where do I go when I need real help?
The mainstream spiritual market was flooded with crystals and affirmations. Beautiful, perhaps. But useless when someone has genuinely wronged you and shows no remorse. We built Cold Revenge to fill that gap — a serious, practitioner-run resource for people who need more than good vibes.
Every product in our catalog has been tested, refined, and used in actual ritual work. Every service is performed by practitioners with years of hands-on experience. We do not sell fantasy. We sell results.

Lead Practitioner — Hoodoo & Rootwork
Seraphine Duvall
Seraphine has practiced traditional Southern Hoodoo for over 15 years, trained under two elder rootworkers in Louisiana. She specializes in enemy work, justice spells, and uncrossing rituals. Her readings are known for their precision and her refusal to sugarcoat what the cards reveal.
Lead Practitioner — Vodou & Ceremonial Magic
Marcus Thorn
Marcus brings a background in West African Vodou and Western ceremonial magic to his practice. He has studied under initiates in Haiti and spent three years in West Africa deepening his understanding of the Lwa. He handles complex cases, multi-layered workings, and situations where standard approaches have failed.

Shipping & fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
Most physical orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping is 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on customs. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
How are ritual items packaged?
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No Cold Revenge branding appears on the outside of any package. Your privacy is protected.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of ritual items, we do not accept returns on opened products. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
